Kim is a UX & UI Researcher and Graphic Designer, an educator, an Illustrator, and an international speaker originally from the futuristic city of Seoul, Korea.
Kim has been practicing for over 18 years in Graphic Design and Product Design. Her major clients are including Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Nike, Belvita, Citi Bank, Baskin Robbins, Sanford, and many more. She has won several design awards and scholarships nationally and internationally. Her specializations are in Information Architecture, Way finding Systems, and UX & UI designs. She is an active professional designer and design researcher. Her research has been focused on exploring the positive emotional effect on user experience and the way to create/motivate positive emotions that remain throughout the user journey.
